Side to Side Band Walk

Wrap the bands around the ankles and sit in a ¼ squat. Turn the lead toe in towards the body. Take a side step with the toe in and replace the lead foot with the back leg. Always keep tension on the band and stay in the ¼ squat position. Perform all repetitions in one direction before going in the opposite direction. Backwards Band Walk
