Here is a simple offensive zone face-off play that can be utilized for higher age groups.

What to Watch

• Wingers line up on opposite hands (lefty on the right side, righty on the left side)
• The inside winger runs a little interference and then pops into the high F3 area
• He opens up and gives a great passing target for the defenseman and has a nice quick release
• The center goes to the net after winning the draw for the deflection
