Start at blue line, on whistle X1 skates down wall picks up rim with pressure from X2 and must create space to find X3 in soft area for shot
Coach rims a 2nd puck to D, who walks line and shoots with traffic net front
X1/X3 receive puck from coach and attack D for 2-1, X2 delays 1sec then tracks back adding pressure on 2-1
Finisher X1/X2/X3/D become a team of 4v4 from opposite end, Coach sends puck to one group, play it out for 15-20 sec and resset new group
