D starts on hash marks and acts as Forward attacking D 1-1 at far blue line FD dumps puck in corner
D retrieves puck from corner, pre-scans ice and reads coaches pressure
D makes outlet pass to DF for shot on blue line
D picks up 2nd puck from coach and hits opposite D on blue line for shot
D then receives rim from coach and attacks D on blue line for 1-1 and dump to restart the drill
