 Part 1
F1 skates around centre circle picks up rim, takes puck to middle and shoots top of cirlces
F2 leaves on 2nd whistle or when F1 gets to red line, picks up rim, takes puck off of wall and shoots top of circles
D leaves on 3rd whistle or when F1 gets to red line, picks up high rim, walks blue and shoots for tips net front
**Part 2 - Could add F1/F2 receiving puck from coach, regroup with D who backpedals out of zone, F1/F2 re-attack on 2-0
D follows up for a pass from coach and shot from point**
