Rims/Wall play shooting F and D

F receives 3 rims from coach, must touch puck off wall and quick pass to high F for shot
4th rim from coach wall F gets puck off wall and attacks high F for shot on net
Coach long rims to D, D must move feet, pre-scan ice and get puck off wall, walk to middle adding deception (fake pass or shot) then get shot on net with F net front
Coach then makes a D to D for D's 2nd shot
