D BO 3F Warm-up

On whistle both ends start at same time
1. D comes down wall and picks up DZ rim, gets toes up ice quickly and passes to F1 who supports in zone, skates down ice for shot
2. D transitions and receives a bank pass from coach, gets toes up ice and passes to F2 who stretches above the red line, skates down ice for shot
3. D transitions and receives a direct pass from coach, gets skating up ice and passes to F3 wide, skates down ice for shot
4. D follows up pass to F3 and receives pass from D2 who picks up rimmed puck from coach for a D to D on blue line for 4th shot
