Cycle 3 Shot Warm-up

Black Part of Drill:
F1 receives pass/rim from D and cycles to F2, F2 finds F1 high for shot
F2 skates back to goal line, picks up spotted puck and hits D for point shot with F1 net front and F2 going to net for tip
Red Part of Drill:
D backpedals out of zone, F's receive a puck from F line and pass to D, D passes to opposite D line, F's swing around centre circle 
F's receive puck from opposite D line and attack 2-0 for shot from top of circles
D follows up and receives a pass from D line for shot with 2F's net front
