4 Stations Race, 1v1v1, angling, shooting

1. Figure 8 race, let them play 1v1 for 15-20 seconds, add additional pucks for goals, or pucks out of play
2. 1v1v1, each set of cones represents a small net, each player defends their net and tries to score on the other 2 nets
3. Angling, adjust cones so that both players arrive at similar times, emphasis on good stick, keep feet moving
4. 2 Net shooting, X1 from each line skate around opposite net receive pass from far coach, catch release for shot, 4 shots each/2 laps around net
