Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. By entering the Ice Hockey Systems Video Contest entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and Regulations ("Rules"). The Contest commences at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on 11/15/12 and ends 11/28/12 4:59:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time").

SPONSOR: The Contest is sponsored by Ice Hockey Systems Inc. ("Sponsor"), 3015 Delaware Ave, #601, Buffalo, NY 14217

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is offered and open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia as well as legal residents of Canada who are eligible to work in Canada and/or the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, the person submitting the video (on behalf of the team) must be at least 18 years or older as of the date of entry, who have a valid E-mail address. The Contest is not open to: (1) employees, independent contractors, officers, and/or directors of Sponsor, Sponsor’s respective parent, related, affiliated and/or subsidiary companies, Sponsor’s advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies or Sponsor’s legal advisors, or (2) the immediate family members of, and persons living in the same household as, any of the foregoing persons. Any person who has been convicted of, or pleaded guilty to, a crime may not be eligible to win.

HOW TO ENTER: A) Create a video application not to exceed three minutes in length explaining what your team would do with $1,000 and upload the video application to your account at http://www.youtube.com. Your video must have IceHockeySystems.com in its title. All video applications must be in any of the acceptable file formats by YouTube at http://www.youtube.com/my_videos_upload. B) To officially submit your video during the Contest Period, send an email to videocontest@icehockeysystems.com that includes your complete name, address including zip code, telephone number, your primary e-mail address and the URL of your video application posted at www.youtube.com

By submitting an Online Entry, entrants: 1) irrevocably grant Sponsor the royalty-free right throughout the world to use, re-use, copy, publish, republish in whole or in part, edit, add to, modify, and rearrange the Online Entry in whatever media, including without limitation edit, rearrange, and/or copy the Online Entry for use in the promotion of Sponsor’s products and services without further permission, consideration or payment to the entrant, except where prohibited; 2) warrant and represent that Online Entry is 100% original creation/work by entrant and that use of the Online Entry as described herein will not violate any law or infringe upon the rights, title, claim or interest of any third party; and 3) certify that entrant is the creator and sole copyright owner of the video submitted and has obtained the appropriate consents of all identifiable persons shown in the submitted photograph granting permission to the entrant to submit the video containing those persons likenesses/images. Company names (other than Ice Hockey Systems) or individual names other than the Entrant cannot be included in any Online Entry submitted. Any Online Entry submitted with a company name (other than Ice Hockey Systems), an individual name other than the Entrant’s will be disqualified. Only the name listed on the Official Online Entry will be deemed the Entrant and will be eligible for any prize offered in this Contest. All other individuals included in an Online Entry whose name does not appear on the Online Entry will not be considered the Entrant and will not be eligible to receive any prize offered in this Contest. No previously published video clips may be submitted nor will such a submission qualify as an Online Entry. All Online Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. No correspondence will be entered into, acknowledged or returned.

All Online Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on 11/15/2012. Limit one Online Entry per team. Duplicate Online Entries received will be void. In the event the same video clip is submitted by more than one entrant, the first Online Entry received will be accepted and all additional duplicate Online Entries will be deemed void. Online Entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. Sponsor and its respective parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and legal advisors and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for any problems or technical, hardware, or software malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion, unavailable network connections on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading any materials in this Contest. By submitting an Online Entry, you agree to abide by the terms of these Rules, the terms of the Ice Hockey Systems Terms & Conditions, and the Ice Hockey Systems Privacy Policy. Online Entries that include profanity, inappropriate, defamatory or explicit language, or demonstrate any lewd or sexually suggestive gestures or full or partial nudity and demonstrate the use of alcohol or drug use will be disqualified.

TOP TEN (10) VIDEO FINALISTS: A total of up to ten (10) “Top 10” Finalists will be selected from among all Online Entries received. The “Top 10” Finalists will be selected based on the following judging criteria: Creativity (0-20 points); Hockey Relevancy (0-20 points); Entertainment Value (0-20 points); Presentation Level (0-20 points); and Humor (0-20 points). The judging of Online Entries will be conducted by the Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all respects relating to the selection of all “Top 10” Finalists. In the event of a tie, the tied Online Entries will be re-judged by an additional judge selected by the Sponsor who will serve as the tie-breaker using the same criteria as outlined herein. In the event an insufficient number of qualified Online Entries is received (as determined by the judges), this Contest, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, may be cancelled. All “Top 10” Finalists will be notified by e-mail, and overnight mail on or about 11/16/12.

ONLINE VOTING: All of the “Top 10” Finalists will be featured at www.facebook.com/icehockeydrills between 11:00 a.m. PST on 11/16/12 and 4:59:59 p.m. PST on 11/28/12 (the “Contest Voting Period”). Individuals who visit www.facebook.com/icehockeydrills during the Contest Voting Period will be asked to view the “Top 10” and like their favorite video. The video with the most “likes” (on facebook) by 11/28/12 at 4:59:59 PM PST will win the contest.

PRIZE WINNING CRITIERIA: The Grand Prize Winning Entry will be determined by the Finalist Entry that receives the highest number of “Facebook Likes” on the Ice Hockey Systems.com official facebook page during the Contest Voting Period. Likes on the Youtube video and likes on shared links on Facebook do not count. In the event of a tie, the Grand Prize Winner will be determined by the number of “Likes” received during the Online Voting Period and the Finalist’s original score to be deemed a “Top 10” Finalist.

PRIZES AND THEIR APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize consists of $1,000 Total ARV of all Prizes: $1,000. Prize winners will be notified by e-mail, and overnight mail on or about 11/29/12. All prize winners will be required to sign and return prize affidavit and eligibility release forms by 12/10/12. Prize winners must include their social security numbers on the prize affidavit and eligibility forms for tax purposes. Prize Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on Prize.

PARTICIPATION: Participation in the Contest constitutes an agreement by each entrant to comply with these Official Rules. These Official Ruleswill be posted at www.icehockeysystems.com/videocontest. Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend the Contest should any computer virus, bugs or other technical difficulty or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor or Released Parties corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Contest.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering the Contest, you agree that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Contest, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (2) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest, but in no event attorney's fees; and (3) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain any award for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

CONSTRUCTION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant -vis Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of New York, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision was not contained herein.

GENERAL RELEASE: By entering the Contest, you release and discharge Sponsor and Released Parties from any liability whatsoever in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize including, without limitation, legal claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages, demands or actions of any kind (including, without limitation: personal injuries; death; damage to, loss or destruction of property; rights of publicity or privacy; and defamation or portrayal in a false light). Sponsor and Released Parties will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Ice Hockey Systems Video Contest.
