This update allows users to set the order in which their drills appear in their practice pages.  The form no longer uses checkboxes to select the drills.  Instead it provides a text field that will automatically offer suggestions as you start typing in the name of the drill. The list of available drills will still be taken from the user's "Practice Drills" list.  Once more than one drill is entered, the user can drag the drills into the desired order.
