F1 starts this drill by taking 2 steps and pivoting backwards. F3 then passes F1 the puck and receives it right back. F1 then continues across the ice and receives a pass from F2 before taking the puck into the zone for a long shot. Once F2 makes the pass to F1, they do the same thing in the other direction. Watching the animation willl help you understand what the player does at the start of the drill.
